Irish Squad Gathers

It’s been a few weeks since the whole squad have gathered together and it’s great to see everyone coming together, especially after some big performances in the Heineken Cup. The Northampton game was a tough one and I had a break from training after the game for a few days. That rest is behind me now and it’s all systems go for the Italy game. It’s a bit of a cliché but we’ve learnt over the years in the Six Nations, and with Munster, to take it one game at a time. If you don’t respect your opponents and give them your full attention and effort, the season can be over very quickly.
