Over the next while I’ll be back here regularly to give you a behind-the-scenes glimpse into my day-to-day life as a professional rugby player: the rigors of training camp for Munster and Ireland, how I prep for games, the build up to the big games and my thoughts on the Heineken Cup, Magners League and of course the RBS Six Nations.
